THE "SHINY MAKE-UP"
Summer time requires a different type of ..make-up, says a writer in an exchange. Your winter make-up on s suntanned skin will look pasty. You will use' a lotion, instead of cold cream as a powder base. This is much more soothing and cooling on hot summer days. This year, we will no doubt follow the latest make-up from Hollywood. This is called the "Shiny make-up." This means that you use the minimum of make-up possible—either no face powder, or very little powder over a greasy based cream, and a bright lipstick! In plain words, a shiny make-up is. just the very thing which you have for years been trying unsuccessfully to overcome. So all you oily skin people can be quite pleased and bask in the fact.that for once you will be fashionable.
