KILBRNIE STADIUM.
' First-class performances are expected at the Kilbirnie Speedway tomorrow night. The New Zealand speedway champion, Wally Kilmister, after three successful seasons abroad, is to reappear. Kilmister returned this week from England after a very successful season as a member of the Wembley Speedway team. Also appearing will be the Australian star, Lionel Van Praag, who made a spectacular ~ appearance 4at Christchurch last week, when he captured the honours in the teams' race against such champions as Dick Case and the English Test captain, Eric Langton. Three American stars will also be.on the bill, Manuel Trujillo, Byrd McKinney, and Ray Grant. These riders have been having a busy week tuning their motors, and expect to show their real American form. In view of the talent competing the track records are expected to receive a shaking. Special trams have been arranged for the meeting, and reserved seats may be obtained at either C. E. Claridge's, Manners Street, or the D.I.C: . ■ <
