HAY WITHOUT SUNSHINE
The old method of making hay white the sun shines is stated to be "outmoded" by aji invention .'at present being demonstrated by a.1 Newcastle firm in England. It is claimed.that the invention is capable of drying wet grass in ten minutes arid:turning it out fresh, green, and nutritious. Wet grass is automatically fed into the machine and dried at a rate of not less than three tons-a day. '■■■' '. • Grain may be dried'by the same process, enabling the fanner to reap his harvest regardless of the weather. Costs are stated to be low.
