COURT OF APPEAL
Sittings of the Court of Appeal during the coming year will commence in Wellington on the'following dates:— March 9 (First Division), June 15 (Second Division), September 14 (First Division). The First Division of the Court of Appeal will comprise .the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Mr. Justice Reed, Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, and Mr. Justice Callan. The Second Division will comprise Mr. Justice Reed, Mrl Justice Smith, Mr. Justice Johnston, Mr. Justice Fair, and Mr. Justice Northcroft.
