SHIP'S BOATSWAIN
ASHES BURIED AT SEA

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The. ashes of the remains of David Kilminster, formerly boatswain of the Shell Oil Company's Paua, were buried at sea on' -Wednesdtay night during the passage of the ship from Wellington to Lyttelton.' When the Paua was fourteen miles off Wellington Heads, Captain D. R. Patterson stopped the vessel and assembled the crew aft, where a burial service was read and the ashes distributed. - ,
