HEMP AND TOW.
The chief hemp grader reports that bales of hemp graded in the ports of the Dominion in November totalled 721 at Auckland. 1485 at Wellington, 29 at Picton, 22 at Blenheim, and 464 at Bluff, a total of 2721, as compared with 2043 in November, 1934. Tow graded last month amounted to 145 bales in' Auckland;' 162 'in 'Wellington, ,16 in" Picton, and 200 in-Bluff, V total of 523, compared with 216 in November, 1934. - . »
