THREE MONTHS' GAOL
Found drinking beer in a shed oil Thcrndon Quay at 3 o'clock this morning. Frederick-Arthur Carlyle Kingan. a labourer, aged 61, appeared before Mr.W.F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's- Court today, charged with being found on enclosed premises -without lawful excuse, but in circumstances that did not disclose the commission o! or the intent to commit an offence. He was. convicted. and sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
