ME. SAVAGE'S HOME
MOLESWORTH ST. RESIDENCE
It is the intention of Mr. Savage to take up his residence permanently in Wellington in the Ministerial residence in MoleswOrth Street, which has been occupied by Mr. Forbes during the past two years.
For the past twenty years Mr. Savage, who is a bachelor, has shared a home at Herne Bay, Auckland, with Mr. and Mrs. A. J. French, and it is Mr. Savage's intentions that the family with whom he has lived so long will share his home in Wellington.
Mr. French is a survivor of the Wairarapa, which was wrecked on Great Barrier Island. Mr. Savage went to live with the French family when he first came to New Zealand from Australia.
