WHEEL LEAVES CAR
SHOP WINDOW BROKEN
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, December 3. Extensive damage was caused when a wheel came off a motor-car travelling in the city tonight, rolled across the road, and smashed a plate-glass window in the shop of J. W. Saunders and Company, watchmakers. The window was wrecked and much of the stock on display was thrown from the shelves, several pieces of glassware being broken.
The motor-car was driven by Mr. S. M. Robinson, of Remuera.
