' There are beautiful gums from Australia, TaSrnahian waratah, cacti from South Africa, a very beautiful Leucospermum reflexem (South Africa), which is from the garden of Mr. F. J. Walker, Wanganui, and which is blooming- in' New Zealand for the first time. From Mr. Hope Gibbons's garden, there is a specimen of Hakia longifolia; from the garden of Mrs. Huthnance, Lower Hutt, a bloom of Leschenaultia, and a specimen of Euphorbia spendens, the plant from which the Crown of Thdrns was woven. ,■•■■■■■-
