DULL WHEAT MARKET

LONDON, November 6. Wheat cargoes are dull. Canadians are obtainable at 3d less, and Australians and La Platas show 3d to 6d decline, but buyers continue their hand-to-mouth policy. There is but little business in parcels, and that mostly at 4Jd to 6d easier.
