United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 7, 2.30 pun.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Mr. J. Fell, part-owner of Marabou, died in his sleep early this morning. Though a sick man he attended the races on Tuesday, and from a car in front of the stand he was able to sea Marabou win the Cup. ■ '
