HEALTH CAMPAIGN
CHARITY PERFORMANCE
A charity performance in aid of the Children's Health Campaign was given at the Regal Theatre, Kurori, on Monday. Thanks to the efl'orts of the local secretary (Mr. A. V. Knapp) and a committee, consisting of postal officers resident in Karori and Northland, there was a capacity house, and the result will considerably augment the fund. Those present included the Chief Postmaster (Mr. F. W. Mathews), as representative of the Health Campaign executive committee, and the organising secretary (Mr. C. O. Coad). During the interval, Mr. Mathews thanked Mr. Tartakover. of the Regal Theatre, for his generosity in agreeing to devote the proceeds to the Children's Health Campaign, and thanked those present for their tangible expression of sympathy with the effort for the children.
