ATHENS, November 4.

The Government has telegraphed exKing George that the Hellenic people voted freely and without constraint and that 95 per cent, are in favour of restoration of the monarchy.

The Premier, General Kondylis, announced that political parties would be abolished and that the King would be the legitimate sovereign. Venizelists largely abstained from voting. Four million Greeks were ordered to vote under a penalty of £20.

New coinage has been ordered, bearing the King's head.

Members of Cabinet formally took the oath of allegiance to King George, whose portait hangs in all schools.
