ENJOYABLE PARTY
A most enjoyable evening was spent in Southern Colledge Studio, Manners Street, recently, when Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Highet gave a party in honour of their daughter Joan.' .Mrs, Highet received the guests wearing a frock of dusky pink, and Miss Joan! Highet wore a frock of pale apricot. Mr. Rupert Bennett sang two Maori songs and Mr. Lawrence Searle entertained with several humorous items. The invited guests were:—Mr.' and Mrs. B. Ashwin, Mr. and Mrs.' A. J.
