A WINNER LAST YEAR
Razor, an acceptor for the Egmont"Wanganui Hunt Cup Steeples on Thurs; day, was successful in the Taranaki Hunt Cup Steeples on the final day of the Combined Meeting last year. On ihe first day he had finished second to Cynical Kid in the Trial Hunters' Steeples, but despite this he was one of the outsiders among the better-class jumpers when he scored. Razor is an eleven-year-old brown gelding by Quarantine from a mare by Westmere, a son of the Musket horse Escutcheon.' He is owned by Mr. R. G. Foreman, of Waitara, who has hunted him since he was three years old.
