On Saturday at Levin, a four-ball best-ball medal round was held, the winners being P. Mackenzie and V G Astley, whose card read 79, 16—63. Other cards handed in included:—C R Hosie and F. E. Langelan, 79, 13—66- H Nicholson and H. Bull, 78, 11—67- and D. P. To'dd and T. Tuohy, 79, 12—67. A foursomes competition was held on' Sunday. C. R. Hosie and E. W. Clark, with a net score of 71, won on a count back from T. Tuohy andY G Astley, also with 71 net. ■ '
