MOTORISTS FINED
Several offenders against traffic bylaws were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court today by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M.
For failing to give way to traffic approaching from the right Phillip Adams was fined 20s and costs.
Francis Baden Kennedy was fined 20s and costs for failing to stop after an accident, and for negligent driving he was fined £3 and costs and his licence was suspended for one month. He was allowed a month in which to pay the fines.
Harry Ernest Goldfinch and Henry Dryden Grocott were each fined 10s and costs for driving without lights; William Husband was fined 5s and costs for driving with insufficient lights; and Vincent Hope Almao 5s and costs for not having a tail-light.
For parking over a fire-plug James Renwick Christie was fined 5s and costs.
Leslie Llewellyn Saggers was convicted and ordered to pay costs for parking at a tram-stcjp.
John Dalrymple Oliphant was convicted and ordered trt Tjay costs for failing to keep to the left.
