TIMARU SUPREME COURT
(By Telegraph.—Press -Association.) ■ ' TIMARU, This Day. "On taking my seat in ttie Supreme Court at Timaru I wish to congratulate you as representatives of the district on the absence of crime," said his Honour Mr. Justice Northcroft today. His Honour said that he did not share the common view that grand juries should be dispensed with. A true bill was returned in the case against James Colquhoun Kay, charged with alleged negligent driving thereby causing death. ■^
