CROSSBREDS WANTED

LONDON, July 22.
At the wool sales today 7320 bales were offered, including 3683 New Zealand. About 5852 bales were sold. Keen competition for brossbreds was displayed chiefly on home trade account but other descriptions were quieter and sold at unchanged prices. There were considerable withdrawals of inferior wools owing to high limits placed on them. New Zealand scoured merinos "Irishman Creek" 23Ad highest, 23d average. Greasy crossbred "Sea Fund," lid highest, 8d average. , Bradford tops and yarns market is quietly steady.
