AIR FATALITIES
FIVE LIVES LOST
(Received July 23, 2.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. A six-seater passenger aeroplane belongingto Western Airways came down in: the.,:. Bristol Channel.. Motor-boats put out and found that the machine was completely wrecked. The bodies of two passengers were recovered. The pilot's body sank with the. 'plane. Earlier in the day an R.A.F. Vildebeeste machine which is believed, to have been practising attacks on warships plunged into the Firth of Forth, and the two occupants were drowned.
