MR. JUSTICE CALLAN'S POSITION

On the retirement of Sir Alexander Herdman from the Supreme Court Bench on July 31, Mr. Justice Callan will be appointed a permanent Judge. Mr. Justice Callan was appointed a temporary Judge on May 1 to act during the period of absence of leave of Sir Alexander Herdman.
