ASSAILANTS ARRESTED

Fresh anti-Jewish disturbances have occurred in Berlin, where in the west end crowds paraded the streets shouting "Down with the Jews." Several Jews were dragged from the cafes and beaten. The police arrested the assailants, despite the hostility of the crowd.
