' AUSTRALIAN-CANADIAN TRADE
VICTORIA (8.C.), July 18. Taking advantage of the unexpected presence here of the Australian Prime: Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, owing to! the mishap to the Niagara, the Rotary Club invited him to give an address at a luncheon.
During his address Mr. Lyons declared that it was most important that Australia's trade balance to Canada should be increased. He did not wish to decrease Canada's trade, but to bring about a more even balance. He said he would even welcome an increase in Canadian experts provided the Australian leeway was made up.
