INVESTMENT COMPANY'S PROFITS.
A net profit'of £7802 was earned by the Dominion Investment arid Banking Association of Auckland for the year ended -June 30. The profit compares with £7598 in the previous year and £8974 in 1933. The sum of £919 was brought forward, making £8721 available. The directors propose to distribute this as follows: —To payment of an unchanged dividend of 4 per cent; on all classes of shares, £6501; to reserve fund, £1000, increasing this fund to £6000, in addition to a contingency reserve of £3500, and to carry for-ward-£.1220. The directors state that the year's business has reflected more stable conditions and returning confidence in national affairs.
