Mr. T. Ruddiman, of Dunedin, who is in Wellington on holiday, was present at the meeting of the council of the New Zealand Football Association last night, when the progress of the game in the South Island schools was discussed. Mr. Ruddiman is a vicepresident of the New Zealand Association and an ex-president of the Otago Football Association.
