A TOUR OF SAMOA
The United Press Association's Samoa correspondent states that the Administrator, Sir H. E. Hart, is now making a tour of the group as this will be the last opportunity before his departure from Samoa this month. He is accompanied by Mr. C. G. R. McKay, Secretary of Native Affairs; Mr. D. A. J. Ruthesford, Director of Education; and Dr. H. B. Turbott, Chief Medical Adviser.
