SYBIL ACHESON CUP
(Special to the "Evening Post.") NELSON, July 6. A match between the Marlborough and Nelson Ladies' Golf Clubs for the Sybil Acheson Cup was won by Nelson by three games to two, one jbeing halved. The results (Nelson names first) were:—Miss Turton beat Miss Watt, 3 and 1; Mrs. McMorland beat Mrs. McCallum, 4 and 3; Mrs. Milner beat Mrs- Lloyd, 2 and 1; Miss McKay and Miss Wood, all square; Mrs. Challis lost to Miss I. Watt,.2 and 1; Mrs. Vercoe lost to Miss Hursthouse, 2 and 1. HOLE IN ONE C. W. Crystall, of Scots College, holed his tee shot at the seventh hole on the Strathmore Park links on Saturday.
