LEVIN LADIES' CLUB
The fourth L.G.U. silver and bronze medal round will be commenced by the Levin Ladies' Golf Club on Wednesday, July 10. Play will commence at 1.10 p.m., players starting at four-minute intervals in the following order: —Mrs. Park and Mrs. Mackenzie; Mrs. Roydhouse and Mrs. Clark; Miss Herrick and Mrs. Hosie; Miss Kerr and Miss N. Park; Miss Vickers and Miss R. Smith; Miss D. Park and Mrs. Davies; Mrs. Nicholson and Mrs. F. Gorringe; Mrs. Herrick and Mrs. Clifford; Mrs. Sherwood and Mrs. M. Gorringe. Monthly competitions played over 12 holes have been arranged for non-han-dicap players. The draw is:—Mrs. Bull and Mrs. Evans; Miss B. Davies and Miss Bertram; Miss Scott and Mrs. McLaren. On Saturday July 13, the following will play: Mrs. Lynch and Mrs. Denton; Mrs. Hunter and Miss E. Hosie; Mrs. Guy and Mrs. E. Clark; Miss Clarke and Miss Nicholson. To play over 12 holes: Miss Harding and Miss Griffin. An inter-club match versus the Palmerston North Ladies' Club has been arranged for Wednesday, July 17. The following have been chpsen to represent the Levin Club at Palmerston:— Mesdames Roydhouse, Mackenzie, Hunter, Denton, Park, Hosie, Guy, Herrick, Clifford, and Bull, and Misses Kerr, Herrick, D. Park, N. Park, Vickers, and R. Smith.
