£5,000,000 EXTRA
EXPANDING THE R.A.F.
LONDON, July 4. The' Government announces the early, presentation' to Parliament of~a £5,000,000 supplementary estimate, this being the first instalment of the cost of expanding the Air Force.
The Home Office is circularising local authorities to arrange anti-air raid preparations in the event of emergency. This does not apply to existing conditions.
