United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (■Times" Cables.) LONDON, July 4. The Vienna correspondent of "The Times" says that the repeal of the Habsburg law has been approved by the committee of the Federal House, and legislation is expected to pass the Federal Diet on July 9. The "Reichspost" enumerates 13 domains and vast estates throughout Austria which will be restored. Claims to other houses, jewels, two libraries, and a portrait gallery containing 15,000 paintings and copper plates are also admitted. • The question of restoration of State palaces and residences remains in abeyance as long as the Habsburgs are abroad..
The "Times" correspondent reported on July 3 that the State Council at Vienna received with immense approval a Bill drafted by the Government for .the recession of the Habsburg law of 1919 banishing the Habsburg'l family and confiscating their property.
