1 The South African cricketers added i another win when the match at Ilkeston was concluded today, Derbyshire ' being beaten by 209 runs. The tourists declared their second innings closed 1 when four wickets were down for 200 runs, and Derbyshire were dismissed : in their second innings for 193. Only about thirty spectators witnessed the close of the South Africans' second innings, which was continued , this morning to allow Siedle an opportunity to complete his century. Siedle's overnight score was 80, and his partner (Dalton) had scored 29. When Siedle required only two runs to reach 100 he was bowled by Mitchell. The Derbyshire wickets fell rapidly in the final innings, and the1 whole side was out for under 200. The county's performance was disappointing. Details:— SOUTH AFRICA.
