WINTER SPORTS AT MOUNT COOK.
Well-known alpinists from Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, and other countries have declared that Nature provides snowflelds in the Mt. Cook region that the world at large may well envy. Happily Nature has been helped by man to offer the best of scope for thrills in an Alpine wonderland. This truth has been well recognised by increasing numbers of New Zealanders and visittors from overseas. Each season sees notable additions to the number of people who find much healthful exercise at Mt. Cook, and each season brings also a further improvement in the arrangements to assure happy days and nights for all visitors. Experts of the Mt. Cook Ski School quickly teach novices to speed over the snow.
