JURY ACQUITS DRIVER

On the direction of his Honour Mr. Justice Blair, the jury in the Supreme Court without retiring acquitted Arnold John Loader on a charge that on. or about January 24, 1935, he negligently drove a motor-truck -and caused the death of a young girl named Helen Amy Cater. The charge was a sequel to a fatal accident at Whakatu. ,
