MOSSY CREEK.
At a meeting of directors of the Mossy Creek Gold Dredging Co., Ltd., held on Wednesday, a dividend, the first, of Id per share was declared, payable on June 20. ARGO GOLD. A circular issued to shareholders in the Argo Gold Dredging Co. states that the dredge pontoons have been afloat for some time and that installation of the machinery, the construction of the housing, and all other necessary structural work are now being carried out with all possible speed. Over 20 men are employed on these operations, and these will be added to shortly as the remaining portions of the machinery come to hand. The dredge contractor estimates that the dredge will commence digging operations jn less than three months' time.
