LONDON, May 10.
"The Silver Jubilee offers a unique opportunity for revising Dominion representation in London," said Lord Strathspey to a "Sun-Herald" representative. '
"Hitherto the Dominions have not exactly received a fair deal," said Lord Strathspey. "Britain has been over-inclined to trade with foreigners at their expense. I suggest that the High Commissioners be! offered seats in the House vof Lords and that the Dominions be empowered to select a representative to' sit in the House of Commons."
The Empire representatives, he said, would vote on Imperial questions, and act as'observers .when domestic matters, were discussed. Straight talks in Parliament from the Dominion repre^ jsentatives would help to1 bring the members of Cabinet face to face with realities, especially, when foreign commitments in trade or otherwise were being discussed.
