SUPERANNUATION BOARD
At the quarterly ipeeting of .the Public Service Superannuation Board held ,on Thursday, Mr. ; G. McNamara presiding, 15 contributors retired by reason of age or length of service were granted-allow-ances of a total of £3634 a year.- Seven contributors retired as medically, unfit were granted allowances totalling-£941 a'year. An application for an additional allowance on account of retirement-through injuries received while on police; duty was granted. In ope case consideration :was postponed pending- receipt of further medical reports. Thirty widows and fifteen children were granted the statutory allowances amounting to £1320 per annum. -
