When Ben Hecht was writing such screen plays as "Underworld," .he made up his mind that some day he would make use of the reverse, title. This fast-moving drama reveals that adventure, bloodshed, and crime are as likely to be found in the socalled higher reaches of. society as among the ■ mobs and gangsters of a great city. The cast includes Warren William, Mary Astor, Ginger Rogers, -Andy Devme, Edward G. Robinson, Genevieve lobin, and Glenda'Farrell are seen in "Dark Hazard," the supporting attractiou. Miss Tobin has the role of a. small-town bride of Robinson, a happy-go-lucky gambler. ~
