/ (Received May 11, 2 p.m.)

Lessona's and Carlo Schanizer's statements, and denying j that the inhabitants are treated barbarously, and contrasting Abyssinia's pacific attitude' with the warlike preparations of Italy, and further declaring that the Ethiopian menace to Italian colonies is all a fable designed/to make the world believe that Italy's preparations are defensive only.
