ARRESTED IN U.S.A.
AUSTRALIAN SIX-DAY CYCLIST
NEW YORK, May 8. A message from Newark (New Jersey) says that Reginald McNamara. the former Australian six-day cycle "Ironman," was taken into custody and locked up for the night in- default of 10,000 dollars* bail on a writ obtained by his wife Elizabeth, who laid a charge that McNamara informed her he.was leaving their home never to return. He was arrested as he was taking a train for San Francisco, where, according to his wife, he planned to proceed to Japan to introduce six-day bicycle rides. His wife announced she would begin a suit for separate maintenance.
