OBITUAERY
MRS. DONALD ROBERTSON
• Many Wellington friends .will regret to hear of the death of Mrs. Donald Robertson, who lived here for some years when her husband was Public Service Commissioner. She was one of the very kind and hospitable, people, and was much missed when Mr. Robertson retired from his position and they left for England; and finally settled for some years in the South of France. In 1931 they returned to New Zealand and took up their residence at Wanganui and have lived there ever since. Mrs. Robertson had been seriously out of health for some considerable time, and her death occurred at / her home in. Wanganui on Saturday night. ~ She is survived by her husband, Mr. Donald Robertson, 1.5.0., and by two sons, Professor P. W. Robertson and Dr. H. D. Robertson. Mrs. Robertson was born at Leeds, Yorkshire; and came to New Zealand with her parents when a child. The family settled in Dunedin. After their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Robertson lived first in Auckland and then came to Wellington, where their home was in Talavera Terrace.
