(Received April 10, 2.30 p.m.) SACRAMENTO, April 9. Ten railway sectionmen were killed when their light motor-car crashed into a work train on the Southern Pacific Railway near here on Monday night. ,
Another ten lives were lost in swirling rush flood waters. Recordbreaking rains over California are causing heavy property damage.
