FUNERAL SERVICE
The funeral of the late Mr. Arthur Richmond Atkinson was attended by members of the Legislature, represent?, tives of the legal profession, New Zealand Alliance, the Forestry League, and other organisations, • , ■
The chief mourners were Miss Janet Atkinson (daughter), Miss Atkinson, Nelson (sister), Professor H V B. Kirk (brother-in-law), and^the Misses Kirk •(sisters-in-law). The pall-bearers were Messrs J. M. Dale, N. H. Mather, W. D. Goodwin, W. T. Chaplin. D. R. Richmond, and H. T. Atkinson. " ; "
The service at the residence was con- , ducted by the Rev. L. J. Boulton-Smith, pastor of the Vivian Street Baptist Church.
