The Southern Railway has arranged to run a through service of sleeping cars between London and Paris.
Such of the cable news on tills page as Is so headed has appeared in "Tlio Times" and Is cabled to Australia and New Zealand by special permission. It should bo understood that tlio opinions are not thoso of "Tlio Times" unless expressly stated to bo so.
