NEW ZEALAND BUTTER
SHIPLOAD .AT SEATTLE HELD UP FOR LACK OF PAPERS VANCOUVER, February 10. A message, from Olynipia (Washington) states that Dr. Robert Prior, State Director of Dairies, announced today that a shipload of New Zealand butter, destined for the Seattle area, where prices are high owing to a scarcity of butter, is held up because it is unaccompanied by. certificates proving that the butter came from dairies complying with the health requirements of "Washington State. He said that the shipment was good average produce, comparing favourably with Washington grades. Brokers said it was impossible- to trace the origin of the butter.
