In the Petone Police Court yesterday Iris Kathleen Hunt was charged with selling whisky without a licence on December 8. Mr. Pope, on behalf of the defendant, entered a plea of not guilty. After heavin;j evidence the Magistral:, Mr. W. Il'. SUlwoll, S.M., upheld Jlr. Tope's contention that the sale was not made by thr defendant and dismissed the infprniatiou.
