Tho Jacob Buppert arrived at the Bay of Whales today, but because of loose ice and a strong wind was Unabl* to berth.
Captain. Gjortaen radioed , that tfcs) bay was,, choked -with. broken, ico, *n( the ship was drifting two miles outsldt the ice rim.
