TRANSFER OF CONTRACTS
MELBOURNE, January 29. ,It was learned today, says tho "Sun," that plans are being prepared for a thorough reorganisation of tho England-Australia air-mail service, involving the transfer of J all mail contracts from shipping companies to overseas air-mail contractors, and an enormous increase in the air-mail fleet.
It is also understood that the British delegates will ' discuss the plans with the Commonwealth Government.
