It consists of Mi. Frank Bertram, Deputy Director of Civil Aviation; Mr. Thomas Guinness, who is Parliamentary Private Secretary to Sir Philip Sassoon, Under-Secrctary for Air; Sir Frederick Williamson, Director of Postal Services; Sir Edward Campbell, Parliamentary Piivate Secretary to Sir Kingsley Wood, Post-master-General.

Their aim is the acceleration and development of Empire air services. The delegates . will discuss with..,local experts ground organisation, including provision . for wireless services, nightflying beacons and landing guides, and co-ordination of tho network of Empire air services'; ' •
