DUNEDIN, This Day.
Thc restoration of 5 per cent, of wages and salaries cuts, to bo retrospective to January l,and tho reduction of tho export dues on butter, cheese, grain, seeds, chaff, potatoos, etc., were agreed to by tho Harbour Board when tho estimates for the year —receipts, £148,964; expenditure, £150,453 —were adopted. The export dues on butter and choose were , reduced from 2s to Is per ton, and on grain, etc., from 3s to Is _6d,
